Scheduling Vendors/Contractors
All vendors hired for construction, service work, carpet cleaning, extra window cleaning, or repair work must be approved by the management office. A certificate of insurance matching the building requirements must also be delivered 48 hours before arrival or admittance will be denied. After all requirements have been met, vendors must be scheduled with the management office in order to be added to the Vendors After Hours Access List.
