            			Work Orders are able to be tracked through this site from inception to completion with continual status updates.

| Light bulb changes (critical) | 2 Hours | 
| Comfort requests | 2 Hours | 
| General maintenance requests | 24 Hours | 
| Plumbing requests (non-emergency) | 2 Hours |
